BICSI is a professional association supporting the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. ICT covers the spectrum of voice, data, electronic safety & security, project management and audio & video technologies. It encompasses the design, integration and installation of pathways, spaces, fiber and copper based distribution systems, wireless-based systems and infrastructure that supports the transportation of information and associated signaling between and among communications and information gathering devices.
We always have a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer, RCDD, on staff and more that are a phone call away. What is an RCDD? “An RCDD is required to have at least five years of ICT design experience or an equivalent combination of experience, approved education and industry certifications. An RCDD has likely spent hundreds of hours studying the Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (TDMM) and sat through numerous ICT fundamentals and design courses. But to earn the prestigious RCDD credential, they must have proven their knowledge by passing an extensive exam.”
In addition to a BICSI certified RCDD to assist you, at ITI Plus we have developed partnerships and retained the services of a variety of specialized teams to support us so that we can better support you. ICT covers a broad scope of services and as your local provider we want to make sure we have the best design possible for each individual scope. We have managed service providers, product manufacturer engineers, specialized designers, additional RCDD’s, and building control system specialists secured so that we can ensure that we are providing you and your team the absolute best designs possible.
